One price covers both your Customer and Technician accounts - a technician account includes a customer account at no extra cost, and a customer account includes a technician account. Tier 5 adds your own EveryBay shop app and the Recruitment engine, so one Tier 5 plan opens the Customer, Technician and EveryBay sites.

How paid plans work

Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically at the same price until you turn auto-renew off on your account page. You can turn it off any time and keep your tier until the end of the year you paid for.
Moving up a tier gives you credit for the unused part of your current plan, and your new year starts the day you upgrade. You see the exact amount before anything is charged.
Prices shown are the full price of the plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers are never stored on this site.
Tiers marked "Planned" are not for sale yet.

For businesses: Vehicle Dealer/Fleet Management

A business account (a dealership, a fleet, or a company with vehicles) turns on Vehicle Dealer/Fleet Management separately from the EveryBay shop app - use either one, or both.

Vehicles and fleet: your vehicle list, drivers and their assigned vehicles, mileage, and service reminders, on any tier. Service requests go to your own EveryBay shop or any shop you choose.
Your dealer website: sales, service and parts pages built from what's already in the app, on a free web address or your own domain. It's part of the Tier 5 plan today; a separate website add-on price is coming, and this page will show it before anything changes.
Tier 6 (planned): Tribute F/DMS, the Windows desktop app that keeps your vehicle folders, photos and records on your own PC, online or offline. Price not set yet.

Browse public pages, or create an account. When a shop opens a work order for you, your free account lets you follow the work and message the shop, photos included. No photo storage for listings, My Garage, or My Stuff, and a new request can only go to a shop on a paid tier or one you joined by invite link.

Technician account

Browse public pages, or create an account. No video/social links on your public profile yet.

Limited access to a shop's app by invite link, on any tier: a technician joins the shop's team and sees only the jobs assigned to them; a customer can send that shop service requests and messages and see their own estimates, work orders, and invoices.

Tier 2

Customer account

Real account, active 1 year. Up to 10 photos total across Buy & Sell listings, My Garage, and My Stuff (one allowance, shared with your technician account if you have one). Can reach any shop, paid or free.

Technician account

Real account, active 1 year. Add up to 2 video/social links (YouTube, Instagram, or similar) and a face photo + avatar to your public profile.

Tier 3

Customer account

Covers Tier 2 + leaves a $10 spendable credit (e.g. paid Tech Support from a technician) + up to 100 total photos, and a single vehicle listing can use all 100.

Technician account

Eligible to receive paid Tech Support requests from customers, other technicians, or shops. Public profile gallery of up to 50 photos (tools, work truck, jobs), shown as Story, Before & After, or Mix.

Includes your own EveryBay shop management app for your small shop + the Recruitment engine. Up to 1,000 photos across your accounts; add more in blocks of 1,000 for $100/yr each. Or pay $100 every 3 months instead of yearly (renews every 3 months until you switch to yearly).

Technician account

Includes your own EveryBay shop management app for your small shop + the Recruitment engine. Credentials package: upload certification/training document images as extra pages on the back of your Resume PDF. Up to 1,000 photos across your accounts; add more in blocks of 1,000 for $100/yr each. Or pay $100 every 3 months instead of yearly (renews every 3 months until you switch to yearly).

Your own EveryBay shop

Upgrade to Tier 5 includes your own EveryBay shop management app for your small shop & the Recruitment engine - no extra charge. Tier 5 opens all three: Customer, Technician, and EveryBay.

A shop on its own can also buy Tier 5: $300/yr - real shop account, active 1 year (unlocks dispatch); can receive transferred credit balance; up to 1,000 photos for the shop, including your logo and a 50-photo gallery on your public profile; add more in blocks of 1,000 for $100/yr each. Or pay $100 every 3 months instead of yearly. A customer on a free account can only send this shop a NEW request once it's here (Tier 2+).
